No, they would have to find an another way, where they could generate so much partisan rhetorical noise that not enough people would be able to pick up the signal to directly blame them.
Now they of course know the US is littered with guns and highly impressionable mentally unstable zoomers whose lives are entirely on Discord and online.
So they will set up an operation targeting these people for grooming to do the hit for them. They will of course try to get the perfect profile match, someone with a Muslim, Arab, Palestinian background would be ideal. Then a leftist, trans person, antifa, that's another good pond to fish in. But anyone will do, it's a big pool of disaffected mentally unstable zoomers, and even if you get an irony-poisoned incoherent lover of Columbine to be the one to make the actual move after you've groomed them, that will do too.
Now of course they won't say they're Mossad agents, they will play the role they created in their new pretend world for this purpose.
