When I decided to get a #hamradio vanity callsign, my first inclination was to get a 2x1 or 1x2 so it was as short as possible. Then I thought about a local FM radio station here in Carmel, CA named KRML. I obviously couldn't have that as a call sign, but I was able to get KR4ML (K4RML is taken). It's still relatively short and seems kind of fitting. I found one of KRML’s old logos and recreated it with a slight modification. I guess there is a new t-shirt in my future
