Don't agree with your portrayal of Russia as a genuine partner to normalization. Do agree that the US engages in bad faith negotiations and acts of sabotage.
Mostly glad that uncensored the #nostr protocol allowed me to find your note and experience your point of view.

Nostr is an open, live, development environment. Anyone can launch their own app, relay, or microservice (DVM). Here are some things you may have missed:
Using nostr wallet connect service, you can control a lightning wallet. This allows lightning payments between two clearly identifiable individuals who may not use the same apps or relays. Imagine sending a payment on PayPal to friends on Venmo, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
Using nsec bunker you can create a self sovereign oauth like experience for managing logins, event signing, and key designation. This will allow you to be your own Single Sign On (SSO) provider without any counterparty risk from Microsoft, Google, Twitter, or Facebook.
Shipyard DVM lets you schedule note post in advance. This is a great tool for making sure your content reaches its desired audience at the right time.
I completely understand that the nostr is not the best drop-in replacement for your favorite centralized social app (yet), but the permissionless nature of the nostr protocol allows you to build whatever you want and connect it to other nostr protocol services. In time you will even be able to choose or create your own discovery algorithms to find meaningful content or communities.
This is the gray space of the internet. Few rules and everywhere you look the environment is changing rapidly. If you don't like what you're finding you may want to try some other clients. I use Spring on Android which let's me seamlessly switch between different nostr clients and discover new clients, people, and content. All with the same identity (npub). On the surface, the nostr may seem a simple set of social knock-offs, but underneath there is a rich world of rapidly evolving tools and services. Welcome to the nostr. We are glad you are here.
