GM More running the last few days @RUNSTR #running #trailrunning #runstr Sunday and Monday was easy running recovery days with strides (5x30sec) and little bit of uphill treadmill on Sunday. Tuesday yesterday was workout day. And I was at the track with my new running buddy, first time for me since I was a kid. It was very different, slimy but fast. Probably going to do more speed things sometimes to mix it up. Yesterday I did 8x3min followed by a 2mi steady run. It’s always easier doing these hard things together with others! 🔥 Happy Wednesday, go crush it!!! 💪🤙🧡💜⚡️
