Running update, did easy running on Monday, did my first time incline treadmill 3km (420m of climbing). I’m going to be a beast on those. Just give me some time…😅 And Shuttletraining (9+8).
Yesterday I joined a running club for an intervall run. Didn’t feel rested enough at the start. But as I got going I felt good. Did the intervals 5x(90/60/30 sec) in a very relaxed and controlled manner. And I was super fast. Felt really good and a huge confidence boost. A good reminder that intervals as the coach of Ingebritsen says ”should be relaxed and controlled rather than all out effort”.
Now I’m going to focus on rest and recovery before another training race on Saturday.
