I had a hard time doing easy runs under 6:00. Today was an easy run but avg 4:33, so fast for me. It was mostly on asphalt and I pushed into moderate a little. But still! Wow!🤯
I’ve not even been doing strides for two months. Maybe it’s because I’ve been really fast as a footballer in the past? I don’t know but it works for now and I’m so grateful 🙏
Can’t thank David and Megan Roche enough, listening to their podcast and Patreon is a phd in training physiology! I’ve learned so much! Highly recommended.
So today I did an easy run with 5x20sec strides. Maxfart 25km/h.
