GM!! Big after run energy today! Lots of coffe and Bitcoin conference! 🔥🧡 @npub1vygz...vy4e @npub1ylwh...7jxa Got 21km today, I didn’t once look at the distance, but very fitting with 21k without knowing it 🤙😁🧡 Did a long easy/moderate run with 4x6min tempo (1 hour effort) and I was fast. Felt good and got a chance to explore Copenhagen. Saw the mermaid and did a few laps around the citadel. Now Joe Bryan and meeting a lot of new friends in orange Copenhagen. Have a nice Saturday! 💜🧡

Another day another run @npub1vygz...vy4e @npub1ylwh...7jxa Felt really good today, spring was in the air on this lovely Friday ☀️ Easy trail run 10km followed by 5x20sec easy uphill strides. Have been doing strides for about a month now and god damn they make me fast! Highly recommend them!! Now I’m on my way to Copenhagen for the Bitcoin Conference tomorrow! 🥳 Have a good weekend!! 🧡💜
