the fed can keep raising until 2025 when debt starts rolling over *fades into bushes*
paid proposals make sense for so many reasons but you don't have the balls
(1) why should you build a custom proposal for free?
(2) a small investment increases close rate
+ if the prospect agrees to move forward you can simply waive the fee
