I've been reading #alisavitti #womancode and listening to some of her interviews over YT and my mind has been blown away. Did you know your brain changes throughout your infradian cycle, meaning that you should plan your day and your weeks taking the most advantage out of your hormones! That way it's easier to maybe schedule a first date or an interview on your ovulatory phase or maybe on your luteal phase start tackling those chores that need the most attention to the detail. And when you're menstruating you're more likely to see things clearly as what you want for your life and what you need to do and do it. And to have your hormones balanced you really need to eat the right food. No processed sugars, more water. Lots to learn, but I'm so happy to know more about my body and how it works and what it needs. GN nostr :P just sharing knowledge 🌙✨

The other day I wasn't able to sleep and I was thinking about many things. And for some reason the lord of the flies came to mind and I said "oh boy I should do something cool, maybe the ending". But then I thought: I'll just do the damn pig head. So basically here it is. No fancy story telling. Well, maybe as a fun fact, since I'm trying to practice french, I'll read it again. It'll be easier to understand. I want to remember what happened to that kid after they made the bonfire, did he die? Was he the first to go? Or was it the gigantic rock that actually killed him?
