GM - sneak peak from bitcoin hotel in north Italy (near lake Lugano). It’s still being renovated but the owners are based funny nice Bitcoiners, the location is awesome and the food is incredible.

GM ♥️ I’m practicing observing my nervous system in calm idle states, and in tense, alert states. Noticing the subtle changes in muscles, especially the tiny face muscles, the breathing, the stiffness vs softness. What happens to the brain and consciousness when I’m in and out of these states, and where they “go”. Fascinating. I normally practice this in my half awake state, after I wake up and just continue to lay, idle and breathe. The human body and psyche are incredible. Thank you god.
