I've been focusing on dead hanging a lot lately as an exercise I really enjoy. It helps my back and shoulders feel really great. I recently have been hitting my goal of doing 60 second dead hangs (not easy for a Dad bod). Need to achieve single arm hanging now for more than 3 micro seconds.
