They show how the US has a 'Permissionless Innovation' policy mindset, while the EU has a 'Precautionary Principle' one. - 'Permissionless Innovation' allows for innovation unless it can be demonstrated that with proof why it should be disallowed. - 'Precautionary Principle' focus on curtailing innovation until you can prove that it 'will not cause any harm to individuals, groups, specific entities, cultural norms, or various existing laws, norms, or traditions.' I am moving my career to decentralized technology such as Bitcoin and Nostr. Now I am pondering if I should stay anon or not. Is there any good write-ups or advice on the trade-offs between the two. I can imagine that if you work on privacy related stuff that you want to stay anon.
