You can tell a lot about how someone has lived their life by their body, especially later in life. Their posture, the way they walk, their overall physique and complexion—all these provide clues as to whether they lived gracefully and morally, or pridefully and hedonistically. Your body accumulates and stores your actions. Your body provides proof of your life's work.

A unique challenge in life is reconciling the journey upwards with the journey downwards.
