the nice thing about smoothies(yeah I know I'm still talking about it) is that unlike milkshakes(which are also delicious btw) it doesn't leave you anywhere near as bloated and its nowhere near as heavy afterwards. Not to mention how clean it feels knowing it's re-populating your gut biome. It's twice as fulfilling because it hits the spot and nurtures it at the same time. Now that's eco friendly.
