Honey new WoT relay just dropped wss://wot.tealeaf.dev Anyone can read from it, only my WoT can write to it The WoT is my 372 follows and their follows which works around 20k npubs almost half the network 😅 I'm feeding it a firehose from nos.lol relay.nostr.band and relay.damus.io so you get a decent spam-free global feed from it too (literally doing this with nak and a tmux session) The retention policy is forever atm (even with the firehose looks like it'll consume only 10Gb per year)

WoT relays are no more centralizing than open relays An open relay can kick anyone off at any time Nostr is decentralized because there are many independent relays and there's no single point of control Nostr is permissionless at the relay level And anyone can create a relay for their npub Open access and permissionless access are different things
