I've see a lot of people complain about the spamming of their accounts with advertisement zaps and I have to say: Call me crazy but I actually kinda like it. Why? Because for the first time the advertiser pays me instead of some company directly. I am supposed to see these ads. Why should someone else receive money for my attention? 👍 Zap away, you people. I'm not buying anything, but zap away.

Ok, so here's a #privacy question: Imagine you're buying #BTC KYCed over an exchange supporting LN. Is there any chance for them to know where the funds went when you deposit it to your own #lightning node and loop out (let's say after a random amount of blocks via several randomly sized transactions) to your cold wallet? My understanding says no because of the onion-routing style transactions but I want more opinions on this. Would sending part (or all) of the amount further to a second #LN node and looping out from there (either partly or fully) increase your privacy or is that negligible? Is the trace sufficiently lost after exchange -> node1 -> loop out or can you increase it after another transaction as in exchange -> node1 -> node2 -> loop out. #plebchain #noobstr #KYC

GM dudes and dudettes. 🫶 Trying something new this morning. Let’s see how this tastes. ☕️ In other news: we fixed the water leak. The boiler has a hole somewhere so I excluded it from the system. No warm water but that’s not an issue for now. Only problem: for some reason all of a sudden one of our two water pumps started leaking. Now I have to figure out a way how I can replumb the system to also exclude pump 1. sounds easy but the way it was built originally it’s actually not… Sometimes traveling full time just plain sucks. 🙄 #plebchain #coffeechain #nostravel #nostrlander

It seems like on day 3 we’ve finally found and fixed our water leak. The boiler apparently has a hole somewhere… short circuited the warm water circuit and excluded and drained the whole thing. Seems to stay dry now. No warm water but at 35C (95F) outside that’s something we can currently live with… now we have to find someone who can fix the darn thing somewhere. 🙈 Oh well… life on the road… #grownostr #plebchain #travel #nostravel
