The government loans you 2.5 milly right out of the womb which you are allowed to collateralize for loans for basic necessities but which you. are obligated to pay back perpetually ala social security. The collateralized loans are all government guaranteed but can only be used for cars, homes, medical, and whatever else the government wants to juice from time to time. If your account runs out, BANG, new 2.5M for collateralization but you have to pay that back too out of your income which is also UBI.
