My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the next day... specifically, making sandwiches out of the leftovers. This year I decided that sandwiches dont have to wait for the next day. Toasted sourdough. Melted cheese. Turkey. Gravy. Stuffing. Cranberry sauce. Mashed Potatoes. Sandwiches as the main course. Pumpkin pie and Matinelli's apple cider as the deserts. LFG!!!!
