I have been procrastinating for far too long but today I made some small progress in my studio build. I pulled down the 2x4 frame wall and replaced the base boards with pressure treated lumber. The wall is back up and it is nailed to the concrete floor. Next step is to run electrical to the wall.

Here is the second release from my old band, Out on the Streets. These songs were originally recorded and mixed by a great producer, Casey Bates, over 14 years ago. I still have all the original ProTools sessions so I have been going through them and doing my own mix to showcase my abilities and attract future clients. This song is about a messy breakup

GM! Got coffee and I’m starting my drive up to @NostrValley

GM! I just got back the next Out On The Streets song from my mastering engineer and it sounds amazing. This is the first time I have worked with him and it has been great. He worked with me to adjust a few things in the premaster( I needed to lay off my master buss compressor) and then he slammed it through his tape machine. I have worked with a few mastering engineers over the years and this is the first time I have been instantly blow away with the results.
