Yesterday we celebrated the UASF with the 6th #satoshifreeathlon in the Starnberg area, Bavaria, Germany. We were in total 9 participants in this hobby triathlon. A few families & friends joined with their kids for support. #teamsatoshi 1/5

starting my #halvingfast now. roughly 21 days. this time, however not only water. this time I am trying 50g protein each day to not loose too much muscle mass.

Today I ran my half marathon for the #RunningBitcoinChallenge First 15km were fine. Afterwards my left hemp string started hurting and I needed to mostly walk. Last time I had this I needed 4-5 months to recover. Morning of day 5/15 Smooth sailing. I am doing more than normal stretching and strength work these days, so that I minimize the loss of muscle mass.
