And while the first sunrays touch my skin… I stretch my body. I speak strong and powerful words to myself. Because that’s where it all begins… in my thoughts. Then I turn those thoughts into emotions. I close my eyes. Look into the sun. Drink the water. Let the vibration flow through my body. Thoughts (Energy)becomes emotion.
