Took over a 10th Grade US History class for a day. Their last week of class ended on the Nixon administration and an overview of the Federal Reserve; a great primer to talk about "why Bitcoin". I couldn't come up with a compelling or engaging speech, so I made a game instead.

Confronting a lot of conditioning as I uninhibitedly press the track navigation buttons in @Wavlake. I've gotten so used to the advertiser-model player of Spotify that I have a clenching feeling whenever I press "Next"; like there's some imaginary purse of "free passes" that I'm reluctant to "spend", never knowing how many I've "accrued" (let alone knowing how they're accrued, and for how long I can "save" them). Maybe 3rd-party advertisers will eventually have to be dealt back in; who knows. But it's really cool not to have them there right now; cuts down on a lot of noise between the artist, their music and me. 🫶🎶
