Good evening #Nostr 🌌 I am home after long but great day ☀️ Most of the day I spent at herb workshop about autumn illnesses and immunity. It was amazing 7hours long workshop! The guy whole lead it is really clever and know so many things about the topic. We talked about supplements and how it is usualy only scam. We had opportunity to taste lot of herbal tea and also made ours (I made also some for my sister and mother). 🌿🌿 I felt like children when we were making cough syrup, oak drop and pills (with rosehip and sea buckhtorn) 🧪 I learnt so many things today and looking forward to plant some herbs next year. The nature is truly amazing and it is much better than taking some pharmacy pills. The day ended with Smash burger in restaurant where my husband and I go. 🍔 I hope you had wonderful Saturday. #herbstr #nature #teachain

Good morning #Nostr I started week beeing sick 🤒🤧 This week supposed to be fiat mining but I needed to call it off. Instead I am spending time in bed with tea and then I will watch Grease. I thought that nobody could care about me as grandma did when I was ill. But my husband is doing great job as well (breakfast in bed, tea with honey and now he is making coffee for me) - super grateful for him being around 🥰 One thing I am missing is warm puddink with biscuits 🍪 I hope you all have a great start of the week and stay healthy 💪 #memestr
