I think that when Bitcoin moves up against the dollar it automatically takes alts with it only because the alt/btc pair remains relatively the same so the alt/usd pair automatically gets pulled up. The same goes for the downside. The only real aspect of the market that makes a difference is that individuals realize over time what shitcoins are in comparison to Bitcoin.

Is the rise of HOAs and strict county real estate regulations purely a side effect of boomers depending so fucking much on the value of their house to retire? De-monetize real estate to de-thrown these power hungry Karens.

If I was a direct advasary to bitcoin (governments and central banks) I would spam the bitcoin network with images of illicit porn and run a MSM attack on bitcoin calling it a network for pedophiles to gain public approval to outlaw node runners and users. Easy attack just saying. Data on the blockchain dorks are inviting this.

I have bet my entire existence on bitcoin succeeding long term and I have never felt this pessimistic about the success of btc long term. I hate the drama let's just fork this shit and let the two ideological groups go their separate ways. Data shitcoincers vs hard money finance maxis.

Every single hard fork that has happened since bitcoin being created has prioritized miners getting paid and bigger blocks. All have failed. Maybe we should consider killing this data on the blockchain by cutting off the head of miners. Restrict all data on the blockchain. Financial transactions only. Smaller blocks. Tell the miners to fuck off and they will come crawling back because no one will use their fork to store wealth. I'm down for a hard fork.

Is it feasibility possible to just remove the OP_RETURN function entirely? If core really wanted to clean up code why not just remove the function instead of removing the limits on it? Genuine question I'm just a noob

I'm switching to bitcoin knots as we speak. I got a question tho. If a bitcoin core node mines a block with the jpeg data included will my node download that information since it's now part of a block? I put my knots settings to Datacarriersize: 0 Reject parasitic transactions ✅️ Reject token transactions ✅️

My gut feeling is that MSTR and every publicly traded company that holds bitcoin will have their bitcoin confiscated by 2036. By the united states government of course. Self custody individuals be villanized and resented.

Whenever I'm in a big city metro area I just feel the despair and nihilism in the air. After watching those old videos of city streets hustling in color from the 1900s I can't unsee the contrasting difference now.

The tesla protests are funny. First off its all old people freaking out about government cutting funding. Now they all wave American flags again? 6 months ago not a single lib would ever think about putting up an American flag.

I'd pay every Satoshi I have to watch this clown show fiat world ponzi collapse into ash and bitcoin to win. My life might be worse off financially but every individual on the planet would benefit. I love bitcoiners. The best puzzle solvers out there.

I love #Nostr. It's a gem in the rough and I hope it doesn't blow up too fast. Last thing we need on here are normies with their slave mind cope.
