Preparing for a long weekend in a vegetarian community

Standing in front of a house still marked by bullet holes from WWII. A quiet but clear reminder: Berlin was destroyed in 1945. That’s what Fiat can do to a nation. And still I feel blessed to be part of a generation that’s never seen war up close. But now, as a father, I worry. When politicians start saying, “We must be ready for war by the end of the decade,” my alarm bells go off. If you read the signs, you see it: We’re shifting into a war economy slowly, but surely.
