I’m absolutely done with alcohol except for the rare special occasions that warrant a nice beer or glass of scotch. The fact that ETOH (alcohol) is so prevalent and so often abused is one of the great crimes of the “drug war.” Growing up in Indiana it was completely acceptable to abuse ETOH. While cannabis, psylocibin and LSD were demonized. Besides #bitcoin, I haven’t had a more life altering (for the good) experience than heavy doses of many psychoactive substances. Since I entered my 30’s I’ve experienced ego death, found profound levels of empathy and forgiveness and grown personally because my drive, the hope bitcoin gives me and the doors, windows and roofs blown off by mushrooms, cannabis, LSD and ketamine.
