I understand Semlers mNAV is below 1 meaning that if you bought Semler at its market value you’d be getting a major discount on its BTC holdings yet Vivek is paying $90 a share for a company company trading at $30. I’m no math genius but if Semler was trading at $90 a shares it’s mNAV would be somewhere North of 2 meaning Vivek is paying twice as much for 5,000 BTC. The fact that all these Trump inner circle guys are making this big moves tells me something is happening quickly. Crazy times ahead no doubt.
