Deployed some stuff just now to Snort Propper long form rendering & publishing status when sending notes to relays. You can also try to send the event again if it was not accepted or you can delete the relay from your relay list, hopefully this will make people more aware of relays which are down or are not accepting their events and make peoples relay lists cleaner over time.
