I bought this book from The Easton Press for many reasons. One of them was to study their work. How good is it? How do they do it? How do I compare? Before seeing it, I very honestly was prepared to say "After experiencing the craft from The Easton Press I see I still have a lot to learn. The perfection is exemplar." But Do you know what I actually realized? I'm good. I am not yet on their level. They have 50 years of experience and they do more than me. They actually print the books and sew them. I don't do this. They gild the sides of the text blocks. I don't do this. But what I do? I do it well. I became so much prouder of what I do.
