The attempt at engineering healthy light sources is fiat as fuck. We have light from heat sources. Natural light. The rest is processed light and it will never compare except when it comes to casting out shadows. But that's like saying processed food is just as good because it fills the stomach and provides calories. "Oh but we can make LED red so it's healthier at night." The level of customization I can bring to the Bitcoin standard is through the roof. The possibilities are almost endless. Highly processed food is generally not healthy. Do I still eat Pizzas sometimes while knowing this? Yes. Same goes for processed light. I still use LEDs. It's possible to both know something isn't great for you and use it anyway after making the cost benefit analysis. Highly processed food can be very good or quick to make.
