@Chris @ seedor_io Mentioned that Seawatch was doing a bad job with their "crypto" donations months ago.
SO I took the only plausible responsibility and reached out to them. Told them it's necessary to have a decent understanding on what really matters... Bitcoin ... Months went by, meetings were held, and explanations followed explanations.
I finally got them to believe me that I want to help them for free to get onboarded with a proper system to receive BTC donations.
They finally got it, I was on board. I offered my time and willpower to educate them about a reasonable way to implement #btc donations to their portfolio without using shitty coinbase #btc addresses.
The goal here was clear, Bitcoin is for everyone and it does not stop at bigger NGO's like them.
@BTCPay Server Was and is the only way to go, we got it set up and now it's finally live.
Seawatch does the right thing, helping others in need. So did I.
If you want to donate a small portion, you're able to do so.
Currently, This is only via OnChain, but in the following weeks and months we will get them onboarded with Lightning as well.
