“I have oily skin… I can’t use tallow. It’ll make me more oily.” Makes sense. But it’s objectively wrong. Your skin isn’t oily because you’re putting oil on it. It’s oily because your body is producing too much sebum internally. What actually causes oily skin? Sebum production is controlled by internal signals, not what you apply on the surface. -Hormones like testosterone and DHT tell your sebaceous glands how much oil to make -Blood sugar spikes increase insulin, which ramps up oil production -Stress increases cortisol, which throws hormones off balance -Inflammation in the body pushes the skin into overdrive That’s where oily skin comes from. Not from using a natural fat on your skin. Huge mistake most people make: They try to “dry it out” using: -Harsh cleansers -Alcohol-based products -Over-exfoliation -Oil-free everything Which leads to: -Your skin gets stripped. -Barrier gets damaged. -Your body responds by producing even more oil to compensate. Tallow doesn’t cause oily skin. If anything, it helps regulate it. How? Because it’s biocompatible with your skin. -Same types of fatty acids your skin already produces -Supports the skin barrier instead of damaging it -Helps signal to your skin that it’s protected and doesn’t need to overproduce oil It’s not forcing oil into your skin but It’s helping your skin calm down. If you’re putting synthetic chemicals on your skin that disrupt hormone signaling, then that can cause oily skin Things like: -Synthetic fragrance -Endocrine disruptors -preservatives Those can interfere with your body and indirectly affect oil production. Oily skin is an internal issue showing up externally. Fix the inputs: -Hormones -Diet -Stress -Inflammation Support the barrier instead of stripping it. Beef Tallow is unequivocally the best product to reinforce the barrier The best defense is a good offense 🤠

Most people are overcomplicating their skin (like everything else in life) Acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis… not always solved by adding more. Via negativa. Remove what’s harming you first. Just like a bad prompt into an AI model Feed it garbage —> get garbage results
