This burger is loaded with flavor from: •oregano •basil •rosemary •thyme •marjoram •parsley •scallions •paprika •salt •pepper After chopping up the herbs, mix in 1 egg yolk for every 1-2 pounds of ground beef (Here we did 2 egg yolks for 4 pounds). Mix it all together. Roll into desired sized patties, slap on the grill and add your favorite raw cheese on top until melted. Enjoy 🏈
