If you think honey is basically just sugar, you may be entitled to compensation as the victim of a psyop. What's really in honey? Gluconic acid, acetic acid, formic acid, citric acid, invertase, glucose oxidase, diastase, riboflavin, niacin, potassium, calcium, magnesium, caffeic acid. Baicalin Baicalin has various pharmacological activities, including antitumor, antimicrobial, and antioxidant, and has wide clinical applications. Butein Butein has been preclinically proven to be effective against several chronic diseases because it possesses a wide range of biological properties, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antidiabetic, hypotensive and neuroprotective effects. Fisetin In the past years, fisetin was a subject of research because of its presence in various human foods and its antiproliferative, apoptotic, and antioxidant activities. Fisetin has been reported as a chemopreventive/chemotherapeutic agent in several types of cancer and also as a neuroprotective agent. Several studies indicate that fisetin is a promising novel antioxidant. Luteolin The glycosylated form of luteolin (3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, LUT-7G) is one of the most widespread flavones with anti-oxidant, anti-tumour, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic activities Apigenin A high number of studies carried out over the years have indicated that apigenin has many interesting pharmacological activities and nutraceutical potential. As an example, its properties as an antioxidant are well known, and it can also be a therapeutic agent to overcome diseases like inflammation, autoimmune, neurodegenerative disease, and even several types of cancers. Chrysin Chrysin Is Immunomodulatory and Anti-Inflammatory against Complete Freund’s Adjuvant-Induced Arthritis in a Pre-Clinical Rodent Model https://www.mdpi.com/1999-4923/15/4/1225 Quercetin Quercetin, a flavonoid found in fruits and vegetables, has been a part of human diets for centuries. Its numerous health benefits, including antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and anticancer properties, have been extensively studied. Its strong antioxidant properties enable it to scavenge free radicals, reduce oxidative stress, and protect against cellular damage. Quercetin’s anti-inflammatory properties involve inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines and enzymes, making it a potential therapeutic agent for various inflammatory conditions. It also exhibits anticancer effects by inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis. Finally, quercetin has cardiovascular benefits such as lowering blood pressure, reducing cholesterol levels, and improving endothelial function, making it a promising candidate for preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. #peatstr

Two things newcomers should know about Nostr: 1. No matter what client you are using, whatever it says for your follower count, you can trust it. 2. If you post something you later regret, no problem! Just delete it and it will be wiped from the Internet forever. #introductions

While I didn't build my own CPU from raw silicon, I did verify instead of trusting. I went a few levels deep. First, I downloaded and installed Android SDK on my laptop. Then, I used apksigner to check the signatures on accrescent[.]apk image Then I moved the .apk to my phone and installed. I used Accrescent to install AppVerifier. I used AppVerifier to verify the .apk for @Zapstore Always remember, it is best to double check the certificate hash from a different source than where you are getting the .apk. For example, if you got the file from zapstore.dev you should crosscheck their Nostr account and make sure it is the same there. While it is always possible someone could compromise both, it is less likely. The result: image

Yo guys, maybe I'm regarded, but I'd like to try @Zapstore and it seems daunting. I'm supposed to get AppVerifier first to verify Zapstore. But to get AppVerifier, I'm supposed to get Accrescent first to make sure I'm getting the real AppVerifier. To get Accrescent, I'm supposed to use "apksigner" first to make sure it's the real Accrescent. It looks like I somehow have to get to a terminal on my phone to run the apksigner command and I have no idea how to do that. Do I first need Android SDK on my laptop? Download Accrescent there and check it? Then move it to my phone? #asknostr
