Did I tell you we added two ducks and four chicken hens to our flock this week? Brought them over on Wednesday. There was a brown egg on the ground in the new birds run this morning. Two brown eggs yesterday, four the Wednesday. No new duck eggs. I figure by next week the shock should be over and production begins, but it's getting to the part of the year when they stop. Good morning all y’all! Today I got my first indoor two-mile, walk-fit type exercise in. I have been working on this since July 21. I started with a five minute routine from yes2next on Youtube. The second week I went through it twice each morning M-F. I then moved up, every couple weeks. I have noticed an improvement in my abilities to walk through stores without getting tired, and getting housework done without having to stop and rest as much.
