Good morning all y’all! Today I got my first indoor two-mile, walk-fit type exercise in. I have been working on this since July 21. I started with a five minute routine from yes2next on Youtube. The second week I went through it twice each morning M-F. I then moved up, every couple weeks. I have noticed an improvement in my abilities to walk through stores without getting tired, and getting housework done without having to stop and rest as much. So what caused my Wednesday to go to poop was when the power co stopped in and removed the line to the building where my deep freezer was. They were going to cut a tree back off it but the line was deteriorated too bad. So, with Mr. Holstein out of town I was scrambling. Managed to create a temporary fix. Today we are moving it all to the house basement. #grownostr

Before my Wednesday went to poop I got four more luffa processed and drying. I cooked all the kale and Swiss chard I had. Gathered the last handful of green beans. This morning I got my 40 minutes of walk-fit in. Critters and poultry fed and tended. I put dad’s wheelchair in the car for his appointment. Eight weeks ago I started a five minute walk-fit type routine at home. I moved up to 10 minutes two weeks later. One week after that I went to 15. I moved to a 30 minute, one mile indoor routine three weeks ago. My endurance has improved but my weight hasn’t budged. Not sure about tone. I assume my diet is blowing any potential weight/size reduction. I need to pay better attention to it. I also want to add an additional 30 minutes some point in the day. #grownostr #gm #wv #usa

Mr. Holstein and I have been working over dad’s. Painted the back of the house. Fixed his untraditional skirting. Checked his hvac duct to see if it was loose. Repaired a broken bathtub drainpipe. Refilled his bird feeders. #nostr #grownostr
