Good morning all y’all! Nice harvest this morning: Kale, Chard, Sweet Potato leaves, Indigo Rose tomatoes, Jersey Devil tomatoes, beans, and a few peppers. I don’t usually accept free food at pantries or thrift shops. God blessed me with a good man that earns enough for us both. One local shop was pleading with shoppers to take fresh foods before they had to be thrown out. I picked up two pineapple, bananas, a bag of oranges, and tomatoes. Good morning all y'all! I'll probably jinx myself but I just completed my 7th indoor walking exercise. I found a series on YouTube called Yes2Next. She has a "senior" series. Last week I did five minutes a day. I missed Monday but yesterday and today I did the same one twice in a row. The plan is to move to a 15 minute one next week.
