Old hens still got it! Occasionally. When you first get your hens once they begin laying they will do so just about every day their first year. Then they start slowly down. It’s very normal. My old girls lay about every two ir three days. My olive-egger lays less than that. Her beautiful green eggs are a happy break from all the brown. Carrot top leaves can be used like parsley. Here I planted about one inch of the top of an organic carrot, keep some green stems or leaves attached, in soil to let the top grow. The peppers you see here is a Jimmy Nardello variety. It will produce a large plant with beautiful elf shoe looking fruit. They are great for Italian dishes.
