There's nothing that brings more freedom, happiness and beauty then hearing this (Arthur Russell in general):
The first time I heard Arthur Russell I thought it was disgusting. I was in a weird niche-like/kind of pretentious music festival in Coimbra in Portugal (Portugal sometimes has this kind of "pretentious art" circles sometimes, most likely because of state money, pretentious leftists associations, etc), and they played a Arthur Russell documentary.
I was like what's this shit? I was pretty high on weed at the moment too (and feeling anxious and out of place). Half finished music, fake artsy pantsy / State subsidized (ahah) people music. Really? Are these people listening to this? This is what I do in my bedroom and my friends too".
Then I dug more into it because there was a particular riff that captured my attention... and eventually found a guy with a lot of talent and beauty just trying to be himself.
It redefined what I thought music and thus life by extension can be. It can be much more different then what I thought it can be (was kind of the lesson). And that's perfectly fine too. It opened my mind.
I's always the simplest things that are the most divine.
This is the documentary by the way, can't find it online unfortunately!:
And one of my favorites from him (Wild Combinations):

Wild Combination: A Portrait of Arthur Russell is director Matt Wolf’s visually absorbing portrait of the seminal avant-garde composer, singer-so...

This is true.
The big difference is that we won't inflate the real estate market by adding an extra premium from using houses as investments.
Instead, we'll foster a more free-market-oriented world by monetizing an unconfiscatable global asset.
We'll leave a better world, basically. We will pass on wealth AND a much freer, more efficient, better world, with more opportunities for all.
House prices are a HUGE economic bottleneck and inefficiency!!
