We hustle to preserve purchasing power, not because we’re greedy, but because the currency itself is melting beneath us. This constant grind fragments our focus and starves us of stillness. We weren’t made for this. Our minds need quiet. Our souls need slowness. I advocate long walks, deep breathing, and uninterrupted reading not as luxuries, but as resistance; countermeasures against the hijacking of our attention by both fiat economics and the dopamine-fueled internet. Bitcoin won’t solve everything, but it offers a start. It anchors value in time, not manipulation. It can’t be printed. It doesn’t inflate. It rewards patience. In this way, Bitcoin can help ease the existential pressure and remind us of a deeper truth: There is only this moment. You have to step back, observe, and reclaim your life before the system spends it for you.
