Day 13/31
Back at it. My sinuses were affect by the cold. So nose breathing needed a rest.
Today I feel great and enjoyed this session.
Excited to be back on track.

A guy on the interwebs.
Having trouble sleeping.
Just listened to this.
Neville Goddard lecture and break down.
I love this stuff. A great reminder.
I’ve been sick in bed the last 2 days. No breath work.
Pretty gutted. Didn’t know I was this run down.
Guess it gives the videos a chance to get ahead of me 😉
Day 8/31
The week has gone fast. Enjoying this practice and journey.
#breathwork
Day 7/31
I prefer the videos with the person sitting in nature. But it’s all good.
If you believe in freedom, engage in acts of freedom.
The best acts of engaging in freedom to demonstrate to others:
~ get fit:
~ physically
~ mentally
~ spiritually
Be the example.
Day 6/31
This seems to go much faster than than the Whimhoff sessions.
I wounded if it’s the variation.
Day 5/31
The Tao readings at the end make it more worth it ☺️
Once you realise what you are, there is nothing left but gratitude and laughter.
Day 4/31
Expanding the diaphragm to breath in almost feels backwards or counterintuitive. I think this comes with having practiced bad habits.
Day 3/31 Breath of Fire
It’s not the holds I’m practicing. But the actions for the breath.
Especially the faster ones. Using the diaphragm needs to be conscious for. Especially at speed.
Day 2/31
I enjoy the Tao quotes at the end.
Insight. I need to seek more instruction on how to better breath at 2x. As I find I stop the diaphragm breathing when we go there.
GM #NOSTR and the eternal note
I challenge my self to complete this 31 day breath session. I haven’t done Breath of Fire before. So this will be fun.
I’m using this free course and started day 1 this morning.
Intro video
Day 1
This is my accountability method. I did it in the past on a social network that is a walled garden. Time to leave it in the open.
My first #NOSTR note.
And I think it’s appropriate to share this podcast below and recommend people listen.
Why social media we own is important.
Why value we own is important.
@ODELL is right in my mind. And it is honorable to do the hard things in life.
That is the way it is. Being fit in all aspects of life doesn’t come from sloth. It comes from hard work.
