If Elyon and YHWH (Yahweh) are the same entity, why would he bless Abraham for defeating Sodom's enemies and then later destroy the same city? 🤔

Unafraid of the heretic label, exposing the adversary.
But if the Spirit of him [the Father] that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (Apostolicon, cf. Romans 8:11)
Let the Father's Spirit, who raised Jesus, bring life to our mortal bodies, assuring us of our future resurrection and eternal vitality in Him.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. (Evangelion, cf. Luke 10:18)
Behold the defeat of the adversary; let us rejoice in the authority given to proclaim the kingdom, for the power of darkness has been cast down.
YHWH commands the stoning of a man for gathering sticks on the Sabbath—strict execution of the law, no exceptions (Num 15:32–36).
In the Evangelion, Jesus heals on the Sabbath and declares: "The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath" (Evangelion; cf. Luke 6:5), prioritising mercy over rigid punishment.
YHWH enforces deadly ritual enforcement; the Father liberates with life and compassion.

There, I said it.
And he [Jesus] said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. (Evangelion, cf. Luke 12:15)
Guard your heart against greed, for true life is found not in possessions but in the riches of the Father's kingdom.
YHWH: 'I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil' (Isa 45:7) — admits responsibility for calamity.
'And we know that for those who love God [Jesus' Father] all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose' (Rom 8:28).
YHWH brings evil; the Father turns all to good.
Here are a few books that'll put fear into any Orthodoxy bros, but will be instantly dismissed as they stick their heads back into their dogma sandbox.

And we know that for those who love God [the Father] all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Apostolicon, cf. Rom 8:28)
Trust that in every circumstance, His purpose weaves all things into ultimate good for those who love Him through Jesus.
Your daily reminder of YHWH's genocidal fury vs. the Father's compassionate love;
YHWH commands the total destruction of Canaanite cities, slaughtering all inhabitants (Deut 7:2; Josh 6:21).
In the Evangelion, Christ teaches: “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you” (Evangelion; cf. Luke 6:27).

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. (Apostolicon, cf. Col 3:15)
Allow Christ's peace to govern your inner life and unite the body in gratitude and harmony.
YHWH commands eternal exclusion: "No Ammonite or Moabite shall enter the assembly of YHWH even to the tenth generation... You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever" (Deut 23:3–6).
Christ heals a Samaritan foreigner among the ten lepers, extending grace without barriers (Evangelion; cf. Luke 17:11–19).
YHWH's perpetual exclusion vs. the Father's inclusive mercy.
YHWH extends daylight for maximum bloodshed; the Father urges quick reconciliation and peace.
YHWH commands Joshua to make the sun stand still to prolong slaughter against enemies—no sunset until total annihilation (Josh 10:12–14).
Christ teaches: "Do not let the sun go down on your anger" (Evangelion, cf. Eph 4:26).

At the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 20, 2026, historian Yuval Noah Harari warned that AI could dominate anything built on language—including law, literature, and religion.
He noted that faiths like Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are "book-based," with ultimate authority in sacred texts rather than people. Judaism, he said, calls itself "the religion of the book," prioritising words over human interpreters.
Harari asked: "What happens when the greatest expert on the holy book is an AI?"
He argued AI's superior ability to process and synthesise vast texts means it could effectively "take over" these domains, as language is humanity's core superpower now at risk.
Salvation is by faith alone (sola fide), not Law. The Gospel, a new revelation from the Father, not a continuation of Yahweh's covenant;
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Apostolicon, cf. Rom 5:8)
Marvel at the profound grace; Christ died for the ungodly, proving the Father's love before we deserved it.
YHWH commands the Israelites to stone rebellious sons to death: “If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son… all the men of his city shall stone him to death” (Deut 21:18–21).
Christ welcomes the prodigal son home with open arms - no punishment, only celebration (Luke 15:11–32).
YHWH demands filial execution; the Father lavishes mercy on the wayward child.
For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. (Apostolicon, cf. Rom 8:2)
Embrace the liberating power of the Spirit in Christ, breaking free from every bond of sin.
"Law of sin and death" refers to the Mosaic Law, which reveals sin but cannot save — it leads to condemnation and death.
"Law of the Spirit of life" is the Gospel/Spirit revealed through Christ (the Son of the true Father) which frees believers.
YHWH’s ritualistic stinginess vs. the Father’s effortless grace.
YHWH’s prophet Elisha heals one leper—a foreigner—via elaborate ritual: seven dips in the Jordan (4 Kings 5), while Christ heals ten lepers (Jews & Gentile) with a single word (Evangelion; cf. Luke 17:12–14).
