when people dont have a shared set of general rules that they operate and interact by, they are always on guard. Add amorality to this, and you get a population that doesnt trust anyone.
side note, once the connections of openness,
love, and a shared culture disappear, people “de-unify” and are much more easily controlled.

in a moral society, love, courage, kindness, self discipline, faithfulness, creativity, positivity are valued and rewarded.

from where i am sitting it looks like Israel and the Neocons convinced Trump that Iran could be easily defeated.
