We propose to add `license` and `ai_generated` tags to 36787 Music Track events. See custom NIP: 
Reasoning to add new tags:
* license - prevents legal issues by clearly stating how music can be used, enabling platforms to filter content by usage rights and protecting artists from unauthorized use
* ai_generated - enables transparency and user choice by letting people filter for human-created vs AI-generated content
