On May 22, 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz made history by using 10,000 BTC to buy two pizzas 🍕🍕 , the first real-world transaction ever made with Bitcoin. Back then, Bitcoin was just an experiment and very few people believed in it. But Laszlo’s purchase proved that Bitcoin could be used as real money in the real world. Today, those 10,000 BTC would be worth millions, but the transaction was never a mistake.
