Make an environment where people are comfortable talking about you freely and you will see how they really perceive you.
If instead of scaring the jackal you allow it to do whatever it wants, you will see where your weaknesses are.
Whoever avoids challenge ends up isolated drowning in "peace of mind". What a sad life.
Children have different perspectives they see the world through. Explaining them that there are no monsters in the closet, because physics forbid that, is ineffective. Instead, support them in taming the monster.

You can't become something you are not. A chicken can never become an eagle. You need to decide that you are the eagle first.
When you have big money, people laugh at your jokes and you start believing that you are funny.
Heres the trick: the powerful created a society where being smart, strong, and tough is considered bad. Now, it is a test — if you are afraid to act tough, you are a coward and will be swimming with the herd. Only brave men can pass the test. But it is not a one time check. Every time you act tough you will face resistance.
To become healthy and strong, you don't need more money. To become smart, you don't need more money either. And it won't make you a better communicator either. But it will force other people to pretend that you are healthy, strong, smart, and charismatic. Happy delusions!
Change won't happen if you take it easy, relax, make it not a big deal, and make things comfortable.
Not everyone needs more money. Only people who lack something inside crave more money to cover it up. But it never works.
We don't open up to someone. We use someone to open up to ourselves.
People are willing to pay for entertainment, but not for growth. There will be consequences...
99% of the problems most people have can be fixed by growing up.

Do you think a dog understands what it is doing? Do you think it thinks and plans it's actions in advance? It is just reflexes and genetic programming. The same is true for most people.
When there is a monster in the closet, the situation isn't fixed by avoiding the closet, but by growing up.
Men interacting is like trade — value exchange — and gratefulness is a mechanism that makes the exchange more effective.
Women don't exchange anything with men. Reproduction is not a trade. Gratefulness doesn't benefit it in any way. This is why women didn't evolve gratefulness.
Whenever you're trying to avoid something, it's probably a childhood trauma. If not accepted and released properly, it will limit and ruin your life.
