WHY PROGRESS? Because the alternative is decay. There's no standing still in life. You're either moving forward or moving backward. Nature doesn't allow stagnation — everything either grows or dies. But let me go deeper than that. Progress is how you become the king. You were born a prince — intrinsically valuable, full of potential. But potential unrealized is just potential. A prince who never grows never becomes a king. He just becomes an aging boy with wasted gifts. Progress is also how you build real confidence. Not the fake confidence of repeating what you already know — but the genuine confidence that comes from walking into the unknown, figuring it out, and coming out the other side. Every time you do that, you expand. You become more. Progress gives life direction. Without direction, energy becomes anxiety. You feel the need to move but don't know where. That restlessness eats men alive. Progress channels that energy into something real. Progress. Speed. Momentum. Direction. Purpose. These aren't separate things — they're one thing. A man moving forward with intention. The deepest reason though? Because you already have infinite intrinsic value. Progress isn't about proving your worth — it's about honoring it. You were given this one life. One shot. Moving forward is how you respect that gift. So why progress? Because you were built for it.

IS MASTURBATION GOOD OR BAD? Masturbation by itself isn't some evil that destroys men. That's fake religion — blaming every problem in your life on one thing is weak thinking. Here's what actually matters: Pleasureseeking addiction — that's the destroyer. When you receive the reward without doing the work, you're training your brain to expect results without effort. That bleeds into everything: You stop pursuing real women You lose drive and ambition You take the easy path everywhere Think about it this way: When you actually go out and pursue women — you face rejection, awkwardness, fear, failure, growth. You become smarter, stronger, more experienced. A better man. When you masturbate compulsively — you do nothing and collect the reward anyway. Zero growth. Zero progress. The same logic applies to junk food. Eating it occasionally isn't going to kill you. Eating it all day every day destroys your health and your discipline. So ask yourself honestly: Is it occasional and controlled? Or is it your escape from discomfort and reality? If it's the latter — that's the real problem. You're avoiding life. Stop pleasureseeking. Start doing the actual work — on yourself, your goals, your relationships. The path forward is always through discomfort. Not around it.

The idea that how other people react to us and think about us determines our value is a destructive and enslaving idea. We need to update our mindset. Remember. Nothing affects your intrinsic value. You are absolutely unique and valuable to the universe that created you. With all the weaknesses and delusions you believe you have. Nothing can affect your intrinsic value. Your gene remains the same. Now. How you present yourself to others, and how they will see you, is a different topic you can work on and change, if you don't like things. Also, it is up to you to hold yourself in a healthy good condition. Otherwise life will feel miserable no matter what. DM for a free video call. Let's discuss important things. image

Comparing yourself to a bodybuilder and feeling inferior because he is more muscular than you is dumb, if you are not a bodybuilder and your goal isn't to become huge. And the actual problem is in an insecure mindset that comes from childhood traumas and misunderstanding. Comparison isn't the problem by itself, it is the trauma which makes the comparison destructive. When you fix the issue, comparison becomes an excellent tool for progress. I know guys who are dumb and ugly, but have beautiful women. I know guys who are ignorant and lazy, but are doing business and have money. I know guys who are masculine and jacked, but can't find a girlfriend. I know very smart hard working guys who have no money. The problem isn't in you or your environment — it's in your mindset. And it can be changed. DM me for free video call. Let's set up an effective mindset for you. image

Evolutionarily, money can't make you happy, because there was no money in the past where we evolved. What brings you happiness is power, resources, communication, women, influence, health, reproduction, and other natural things that were available in the past. Money allows you to buy some of these, but there's a catch. We want to work to create all these things, that was how we got them in the past. Just achieving results without doing the work will create more damage than good. Try playing GTA with the ultimate cheat code — the game becomes boring in 5 minutes. When you get money without doing work, life becomes boring very soon. And you become even weaker, dumber, and lazier. It leads to misery, not happiness. image

It is all about the mindset. The mindset which operates in a healthy body.

No matter how good of a driver you are, if your car is damaged, or filled with the wrong kind of fuel, you won't be able to drive it well. Fix your physicals first.

Want a thought provoking idea? Here you go: Most things you do and believe are delusional, harmful, and dumb. But it doesn't make you less valuable. Your actual value is never affected. If anything, your ignorance makes you more unique.

A strong guy goes to the gym and bench presses 150 kgs. A weak guy watches it and thinks, life is unfair. Why I can't do that. I'm oppressed.

Biologically, men compete with men, and women with women. Men never competed with women, and vice versa. That evolutionarily was the most effective arrangement and it worked. Now, parasites brainwashed men and women to compete against each other. This is where society collapses.

If you don't know what areas of your character to work on, pay attention to what makes you angry in other people. This is what you are hiding from yourself. Analyze it, find it, work on it. A free person doesn't become angry.

If there is nothing to eat, you will become very hungry and will eat anything you have access to. If there are no meaningful activities in your life, you will become bored and will chase something to distract yourself with. This is true for all other things in our lives too. And the system knows it and was designed to “help” you — it makes the things that are good for you scarce and hard to get, and the things that are good for the system easily available to you. Cheap fake food, cheap pleasure, cheap entertainment, cheap products — all for their profit, to your detriment. All it takes to stop this destructive exploitation is to become conscious. Stop using anything fake. Do only things that benefit you. “But it is much harder and more expensive.” Compared to what, garbage? Beneficial stuff costs whatever it costs. Accept it and focus on constructive behaviors. If you are stuck and need some advice or guidance from me, DM me for a free video call. image

Nothing can stop me. I've been fully bankrupt 3 times. I've been in seemingly unresolvable situations many times. I've been deceived, lied to, rejected, robbed, betrayed... And every time there was no visible future, I told myself "I'm alive and I will continue walking." image

How to test if people around you are zombies or intelligent individuals: Make an obvious "mistake" like call garlic onion, or anything else straight simple and see who is rushing to correct you. They are zombies.
