To help others, you need to help yourself first. If you are not standing firmly on the ground, you can’t truly help anyone.

When you are talking, you subconsciously communicate your level of interaction with reality. When you say “I believe”, you communicate that you have no clue and are lazy. When you say “I know”, you signal that you are arrogant and delusional. When you say “I understand”, you signal that you have been through stuff and have experience. Pay attention to your thoughts and words. What are you communicating?

To believe something, you just need to exist. To know something, you need to listen to others. But to understand something, you need to experience it yourself. There is no other way.

The world treats you the way you position yourself. If you behave like a servant, you will be exploited. If you behave like a clown, you will be laughed at. If you behave like a king, you will be worshipped.

Your internal states speak to the world through your external appearance and behaviors. If you are scared of being yourself, interacting with the world, and stating what you want, that is what will be communicated and you will try to hide, be unnoticeable, stay quiet. If you are curious and brave, you will look like you own the place and do what you want. This is when you're not afraid to stand out anymore and reach out to the world to take what's yours. You can’t only win. It is called contrast. For the win to have meaning, you need to lose a lot.

How do you know that you are behaving like a dummy and doing ineffective things? Life tells you by punishing you with pain and embarrassment. Listen carefully. Don’t try to avoid this feedback.

If other people's behaviors and opinions affect you, especially women's, you need to grow up.

Punishment is the best reward for delusional behavior. If you avoid it, you will never grow.

As the universe operates on energy, everything that is said must be backed by it. If you say something and do not act on it, you're just making meaningless noises.

Everyone is a genius until they face reality and their delusions are tested.

To get what you want, you have to do what it takes.

You are not desirable because you behave like a child. Start behaving like a man and see how everything changes.

Feeling good evolved to show you that you are doing something beneficial for your life. Doing things that harm you just to feel good is the dumbest thing anyone can do.

The purpose of learning is not to get pleasure, positive emotions, or to be entertained. The purpose of learning is to become more effective.

If you want to become an efficient learner and move through life like a surfer moves through stormy waters, you must master embarrassment. If you can find joy and excitement in embarrassment, you become unstoppable.

If the ideas and concepts you are reading and learning are not challenging and do not provoke resistance in you, you are not actually growing.

Every man should go through everything in life — from the scariest, most painful events to the most epic and joyful ones — because life is complex and all its aspects are interconnected. The more you experience, the better you understand things, which makes you more effective and increases your level of involvement and influence.
