I filed, prob should have used github discussions for that. I can comment on everything but not on (this)[https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1786] PR, very weird, is this a github permission issue?

@fiatjaf @hodlbod are NIP numbers have some order and/or kind events some numbering scheme and/or tags some nomenclature? Was trying an attempt at a PR (hopefully this starts a constructive convo, not end up in the trashcan)
