It's really easy to get in shape, eat perfectly from your back yard and live a productive life - even with brain damage & injuries.
It gets impossible when the harder you work and the better you do, the worse the abuse, triangulated systemic isolation gets.
Like never ending goal posts seven years in a row. Only a crazy person would work harder as the abuse escalates and the abusers control the entire narrative. I can not understand this level of cruelty and wish someone would communicate directly instead of fueling and participating in obscene abuse.
It is disturbing now easy it is for complete strangers to point the finger at me & have opinions on what I am surviving, that remains ongoing and unresolved.
